From I-405 Northbound: Take exit #20B (NE 124th & Totem Lake Blvd exit). Follow ramp to the right for Totem Lake Blvd. and turn left at signal. Follow Totem Lake Blvd to the Kingsgate Place Building. The clinic is on the first floor.
